X2d Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Start

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") x2d governs the use of the platform. By using the x2d website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

The following rules apply when placing bets on x2d. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Maximum Bet Limit Odds are set by x2d and are subject to change. Under special circumstances, x2d may lower the maximum limits.
• Bets confirmed before a match begins generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, x2d reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In Live Betting Cash-Out Available in designated markets only.

Odds Policy

Odds displayed on x2d are subject to change. Bets will be recorded at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. However, x2d may adjust odds or void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue.
• If match details change (player substitutions, venue changes, etc.).
• If unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made at x2d:

* For VIP and High Roller members.

• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Only A payment method registered in your own name must be used.
• Deposits made from another person's number or account may be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Keep your transaction ID as proof of deposit.

The following rules apply to withdrawals from x2d:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Your account must be KYC verified at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance – the wagering requirement must be met first.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit.
• X2d complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals via bKash/Nagad are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 24–48 hours.

X2d offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Before using them, please read the general terms below:

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members once only.

• If a deposit refund is requested after a bonus has been credited, any remaining bonus will be cancelled.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x2d. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Maintaining multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Match fixing or use of insider information: Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes through unlawful means.
• Money Laundering: Using betting as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Software Abuse: Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools.
• Chargeback: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback through a bank or payment provider after making a deposit.
• Betting on behalf of others: Placing or accepting bets on behalf of a third party.

Under the following circumstances, x2d may temporarily or permanently suspend your account:

• Violating any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If involved in prohibited activities.
• During any ongoing investigation for security-related reasons.
• At your own request (self-exclusion or temporary break).

If your account is closed, you may be eligible to reclaim your valid balance through the designated process. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, your balance may be forfeited.
